*The preliminary (draft) FEMA floodplain maps were revised once previously and are now being revised a second time – this second revision is being referred to as Preliminary 3.

STATUS UPDATE: This project had a revised preliminary set of floodplain maps and a flood insurance study released on April 4, 2009; however, additional issues were raised at the public meetings held that led to additional revisions which are currently in progress. The new schedule for this project is in the process of being determined. A public open house will be held when the 3rd Preliminary version (Preliminary 3) is released.
